Where required, we obtain your consent before processing Sensitive PI and provide a &#8220;Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information&#8221; option (see Section 7).<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5) Children and Teens<\/h2>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>Our Website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect PI from them. If we learn that PI from a child under 13 has been collected, we will delete it. For teens ages 13\u201316 (or as otherwise defined by applicable state law), we do not sell or share PI or process it for targeted advertising without the teen\u2019s affirmative opt-in consent. We implement reasonable and appropriate technical and organizational safeguards to protect PI, including access controls, encryption in transit where feasible, and vendor due diligence.
